Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your jewelry must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item(s) for exchange must be in original packaging and undamaged. Shipping cost are not included with exchanged items. Once we receive your exchange item your new purchase will be sent right away via Canada post. Shipping charges are to be incurred by the customer for all exchanged items.
Processing and Shipping Times
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. All of our orders are shipped via Canada Post regular mail. Orders over $100 are shipped with tracking numbers.
