How to buy the right fitting bracelet using our sizing guide.
A question that customers often ask is “How do I know what size bracelet do I buy ?” This is a great question, even though the average woman wears a 7 inch to 7.5 inch bracelet, wrist sizes can vary widely from 6 inches all the way to 7 3/4 inches. This is why i created my how to buy the right fitting bracelet using our sizing guide post.
Most of the bracelets available on Caroline Calvert are made with elastic, so they adjust to accommodate a wide range of wrist sizes. I still encourage you to measure your wrist to get the best fit.
I have outlined the way you can measure your write to get the best fitting bracelet.
Step 1: Use a flexible tape measure.
You will need a soft measuring tape. Don’t have one? Pro tip: Use string or dental floss and then lay it against a ruler to find your size.
Step 2: Measure your wrist
Wrap your measuring tape around your wrist at the narrowest point so the tape is flat against your skin (snug, not tight).
Step 3: Find your measurement
Find the zero (0) on the measuring tape and note the number opposite it when the tape is looped around your wrist. This is your wrist size.
If you want a snug fitting bracelet, order your bracelet in your wrist size. If you want it to fit a little looser, add 1/4 inch to 3/4 inch to your wrist measurement to get your bracelet size.
Remember if you don’t have a tape measure, you can you any type of string. Use the same idea as above to get the measurement around your wrist. Take the sting and lay it on a rule to get your wrist measurement.
